recipe for 1 single serving
Sashimi grade tuna cubed not too big and not to small, about 12 - 15 small cubes

1 part is about 1 teaspoon. I never measure :)
Soy Sauce - 3 parts
Sesame Oil - 2 parts
Mirin - 1 parts
Himalayan Sea Salt
Crushed and Roasted Macadamian nuts - sprinkle on top for crunch
Sesame Seeds
Roasted seaweed strips
A tablespoon of diced sweet onions

You can also add Avacados!
Serve on Seasoned Rice or diced veggies.
For the Best Tuna Poke in Hawaii go to Ono Sushi in Honolulu. Its hard to find, and has no curb appeal, but with other 2500 yelp reviews and a 4.5 star rating, I can personally attest that this is the best poke I have ever had, outside of my own!
