Charcuterie Night
Meat and Cheese night at the Filla’s Turning Mondays into Fundays. I love Cheese, all cheese but sometimes I buy it and then it sits in the fridge while we wait for that “special moment” to break it out with a good wine pairing. Well starting this month we will have one Monday a month set aside for dinner around the Island to be sure we “break out” the Wine and cheese.
This is such and easy way of entertaining, having family time around the Island and enjoying some new and delicious meats and cheeses. I often buy very small portions of high quality Cheese so that we can try several different types without breaking the bank or having a ton of left overs. I paired this with a Beringer Cab and it was perfect.
