I can of White Beans
1 can of Artichokes
12 chopped Kalamata Olives
1 tablespoon Capers or Chopped Caper Berries
1/4 cup chopped Red Onions
1 large clove Garlic Chopped
3 tablespoons Rosemary infused Olive Oil
1 1/2 fresh squeezed Lemon
Fresh ground Salt and Pepper
1/3 cup chopped Cabbage
Mix well and serve over Arugula and Diced Tomatoes
