Tuna Poke

Authentic Tuna Poke is made light with minimal ingredients.  Check out this Recipe inspired by Family trips Hawaii.

Recipe for 1 single serving

Sashimi grade tuna cubed not too big and not to small, about 12 - 15 small cubes

A few drizzles of each, depending on the serving 

1 part is about 1 teaspoon.  I never measure :)

Soy Sauce - 3 parts

Sesame Oil - 2 parts

Mirin - 1 parts

Himalayan Sea Salt

Crushed and Roasted Macadamian nuts - sprinkle on top for crunch

Sesame Seeds

Roasted seaweed strips

A tablespoon of diced sweet onions

a tablespoon of green onions diced

crushed red Pepper, more for extra spicy


You can also add Avacados!

Serve on Seasoned Rice or diced veggies
