Banchan - Musaengchae
Spicy Korean Radish Salad
Recipe:
1 Daikon Radish Shredded
3 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1/4 Cup Hot Pepper Powder - Korean
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2 - 3 Tablespoons Sugar (I like mine sweet)
Coarse Sea Salt
Sesame Seed
Instructions.
Mix shredded Daikon and coarse Sea Salt and let sit in strainer for 10 minutes then rinse.
Mix all remaining ingredients and let sit for 15 minutes. Add more salt if needed and top with Sesame seeds before Serving
