InstaPot Strawberry Compote

Easy easy easy!  What a great compliment o our Sunday brunch French toast.  Give it a try!

  • 16 ounces frozen strawberries 

  • 1/2 cup sugar 

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instapot Pressure cook for 2 min (1 min if using fresh)

15 min to cool

Drizzle in corn starch and water 

  • 1 tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 2 tablespoon water
