InstaPot Strawberry Compote

16 ounces frozen strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instapot Pressure cook for 2 min (1 min if using fresh)
15 min to cool
Drizzle in corn starch and water
1 tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 2 tablespoon water
