Hash Brown Crusted Egg Bake
Ingredients
Hash Brown Casserole Ingredients
30 oz of Hash Browns
You can use less as few as 22 ounces for this recipe, 30 ounces helps it go a bit further
 
            
          Mix Together
Mix with Sour Cream, Butter, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder Salt and Pepper
 
            
          Form into a crust
Press up to form edges that would cradle the egg pour.
 
            
          Saute the Meat
With Onions and Peppers
 
            
          Brown and Set Aside
Whisk a Dozen Eggs
Combined with 3/4 Buttermilk, Salt and Pepper
 
            
          ParBake the Crust
For 20 - 30 minutes at 450 Degrees Until lightly brown on the edges
 
            
          Assemble everything
First add the Meat and veggie layer
 
            
          Add the Eggs and Cheese
1/2 cup Mozz Cheese, pour all the eggs, then another 1/2 cup Mozz Cheese
 
            
          Bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 425 Degrees
