If you like Hot and Spicy and you love Korean food, this simple Cauliflower recipe won’t disappoint
Recipe

3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup onion
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Agave
3 Tablespoons Korean Gojuchang paste
1 Tablespoon Korean chili Powder
1 Tablespoon chili Garlic Sauce
1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
Toppings: Green Onions, Fresh Chiles, Sesame Seeds
Preheat oven to 450
Step 1: Cut Up the Cauliflower into wedges, slices or smaller pieces
Step 2: Add all the Sauce ingredients into a blender
Step 3: Pour Sauce over Cauliflower and mix well
Step 4: Pour out cauliflower onto a baking sheet and place in oven for 30 minutes
Step 5: Remove Cauliflower and turn oven to broil
Step 6: Sprinkle on toppings: Green onion, chiles, Sesame Seeds and broil for 3 - 4 minutes watching carefully it doesn’t get too blackened. As you can see, I like mine dark but it only takes a minute or so to really scorch these flowerettes. You may need to turn your pan and continue blackening to get an even sear.
Serve immediately with Spinach or your favorite greens
