Thai Ginger Rice Soup with Chicken

Recipe:
Servers 8 - 10
Time: 30 minutes
1 Cup Diced Onions
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
Sauté high for 5 minutes
2 Quarts Chicken Broth
2 Cups Diced Cooked Chicken
3/8 Teaspoons Black Pepper
3 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 Inches Fresh Grater Ginger
1/8 Cup Chopped Cilantro
Cooked rice for each bowl being served - about 2 cups
Chopped Green Onions for Garnish
Bring to a quick boil and immediately simmer for 20 minutes
We do not put the rice in the soup while cooking Everyone over here at the Filla’s likes various amounts of carbs in their soup; from none to a ton. It also keeps better if their are leftovers if there is no rice in it. Just add the amount you want to each serving bowl!
